In accordance with the standards of Mercedes-Benz Greece’s ESP (Excellence Service Program), the authorized Mercedes-Benz passenger car repair facility, Koumantzias, has been ranked number one in Greece for the fourth consecutive year!
The award served to recognize the ongoing efforts made every day, with the sole purpose of putting a smile on the customer’s face.

Mr. Christos Koumantzias, President and CEO of Koumantzias S.A., and Ms. Sophia Papadimitriou, Director of After Sales at Mercedes-Benz Koumantzias S.A., accepted the award and expressed their gratitude to Mercedes-Benz Greece, while emphasizing that the true heroes are the employees of Koumantzias S.A. and that they are proud of the work ethic and professionalism that set them apart.

KOUMANTZIAS S.A. holds the top spot on the podium and recognizes both the challenge of staying number one and the obligation to respect the competition and to work with integrity, honesty, and a focus on road safety and human life.

In accordance with the standards of Mercedes-Benz Greece’s ESP (Excellence Service Program), the Koumantzias authorized repair facility for Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles has ranked first in Greece for the third consecutive year!

The awards ceremony took place on an evening filled with smiles, attended by all the company’s employees and executives. Mr. Koumantzias, President and CEO of Koumantzias S.A., and Ms. Sofia Papadimitriou, Director of Mercedes-Benz After Sales at Koumantzias.

Thessaloniki has once again demonstrated that it possesses the expertise, highly trained staff, and the commitment to set an example of proper operation and genuine respect—both for the vehicle and its driver—throughout Greece.

On an evening filled with glamour and smiles, Koumantzias S.A. was honored at the Mercedes-Benz Hellas Excellent Service Program (ESP) Awards Ceremony.
Koumantzias S.A. distinguished itself from its partners and was recognized as EXCELLENT in service for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (PC & VAN). The award was presented to Ms. Sofia Papadimitriou, After-Sales Manager, and Mr. Christos Koumantzias, who pledged that Koumantzias S.A. will add more awards to its list of achievements every year, living up to the Mercedes-Benz motto “The Best Or Nothing”! It is noteworthy that in the three years since Koumantzias S.A. began operating as an Authorized Mercedes-Benz Repairer, it has received this award twice, having also been honored in the same PC & VAN category in 2015.
