In 1972, Mercedes-Benz established an emergency service that covered the entire territory of Germany, day and night—a first for the automotive industry. Fifty years later, more than 160 service locations in Germany and 46 in Greece ensure customers’ mobility. Regardless of weather conditions—whether it’s sunshine, snow, ice, storms, or heat waves—Service24h technicians are on the roads, providing fast and professional assistance in the event of a breakdown (while on the road).
The Service24h service is offered free of charge to Mercedes-Benz passenger car and van customers in conjunction with the comprehensive Mobilo mobility solution, which is also available in Greece as standard equipment and is automatically renewed with every service at an Authorized Service Center. In addition to immediate, free on-site assistance 24 hours a day, this service also covers towing, transportation, and overnight accommodation expenses, as applicable.
