MERCEDES BENZ KOUMANTZIAS S.A. earned Parts Pro certification right from the start of the program in Greece—a certification related to spare parts management.
This is the first year of the program in Greece, launched by Mercedes-Benz Greece, and Koumantzias S.A. now holds this certification, which serves as a guarantee of expertise and quality to consumers, further solidifying the relationship of trust that has been established.
The award was accepted by Mr. Georgios Papadimos, Head of the Parts Department, and Ms. Sofia Papadimitriou, Director of After Sales at Mercedes-Benz Koumantzias S.A.

Our company was authorized by Mercedes-Benz Hellas on March 14, 2014.
Since March 2014, Koumantzias S.A. has been part of the Mercedes-Benz network as an Authorized Repairer of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
This authorization is considered a major “victory” for the newly established company, as it has succeeded in meeting the very high quality standards set by Mercedes-Benz for its partners to ensure impeccable customer service.
At the facilities of Koumantzias S.A., located at 33 Dimosthenous Street (the former Robopoulos facilities across from the Thessaloniki Produce Market), Mercedes-Benz drivers will be able to have their vehicles serviced and repaired, as well as purchase genuine Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories, in a welcoming environment.
